And maybe I haven't deep dived your site enough, but have you talked about the kind of work you do that allows you to live there?

Not flown anywhere for private reasons as of yet, but well, years go I was turned down by someone when I was in Berlin. We would meet at a café there like at 2 p.m. but then he would not show up; I thought he was late but then picked my phone to see he had sent me a message at like 11 am to tell me he would not have time… well okay that was not a big issue after all because later he told me he had a friend.

Ah, nice! My landlord lives like 50km away, and I kinda know someone who earns their money with being a landlord and can afford travelling as well :)
